This website gives general information about Dr.SANTE products and where to buy them in New Zealand. It does not sell products directly. Purchases are made with our stockists, on their own terms.

Cosmetic products

Dr.SANTE products are cosmetics for external use only. They are not medicines and are not intended for any medical purpose. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Read the label, patch test before first use, and stop using a product if irritation occurs. If you have a skin condition, talk to a health professional.

Accuracy

We take care to keep product information accurate, but packaging, ingredients and availability can change. The label on the product you buy is the final word.

Intellectual property

The Dr.SANTE name, logos, photographs and text on this site belong to SANTE Cosmetics or Dr.SANTE New Zealand and may not be copied for commercial use without written permission.

We link to stockists and other sites for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, prices or terms.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of this website.

These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and the New Zealand courts have jurisdiction.
