Genuine Dr.SANTE
Dr.SANTE New Zealand is the official distributor. Here is how to buy with confidence and what to do if something looks wrong.

Official distributor statement
Dr.SANTE New Zealand is the official New Zealand distributor of Dr.SANTE, the skin-care brand of SANTE Cosmetics Co., Ltd. of Busan, Korea. Products sold through the stockists listed on this site come to New Zealand through us.
How to recognise genuine stock
SANTE reports that it supplies the brand through 11 exclusive distributors, each authorised to supply and sell in a set territory, as of 2026. Dr.SANTE New Zealand is the one for New Zealand, so genuine New Zealand stock comes through us.
- Buy from a listed stockist. The Where to buy page lists the stockists we supply directly. Dr.SANTE New Zealand does not currently run an online shop.
- Check the batch code. A batch code (a short string of letters and numbers) is printed or stamped on the pack or the box. If it is missing or looks scratched, ask us.
- Check the seal and the pack. Boxes and jars should be sealed, clean and consistent with the photos on our product pages.
- Check the label. The name, size and ingredient list should match our product pages. Sizes are printed in ml or g.
- Ask for a New Zealand distributor label, if one is on the pack. Where a New Zealand distributor label is fitted, it names Dr.SANTE New Zealand.
Parallel imports and expired stock
Some products reach New Zealand through other routes, sometimes called parallel imports. These are not necessarily fake, but we cannot confirm how they were stored, how old they are or whether the label meets New Zealand requirements. We can only stand behind products sold by our listed stockists.
If you are unsure about a product, look at the best-before or period-after-opening symbol, check the batch code and contact us before you use it.

Natural colour changes
Not every difference means a product is fake. The blue in the Azulene Soother line is a natural pigment, and the colour can shift slightly with temperature and time. If a product is blue but a little lighter or deeper than you expect, that is not on its own a sign of a problem.
How to report a concern
Send us a message through the contact form. Please include:
- A photo of the front of the product
- A photo of the label and batch code
- Where and when you bought it, and the price you paid
- Your question or concern
We reply in writing. We do not take calls, so that there is a record on both sides. If a product has caused a skin reaction, stop using it and speak to your doctor or pharmacist as well.
