This policy explains what personal information Dr.SANTE New Zealand collects through this website, why, and what you can do about it. We follow the Privacy Act 2020.
Who we are
Dr.SANTE New Zealand distributes Dr.SANTE skin-care products, made by SANTE Cosmetics in Korea, in New Zealand. You can reach us in writing at hello@sante.co.nz.
What we collect
This site is a brochure site. We only collect what you choose to send us: when you use the contact or partner form, your email app sends us your name, any business, role and region you add, your message and your email address.
We do not ask for payment details, and we do not sell products directly on this site.
Why we collect it
We use your details only to reply to your message and, for trade enquiries, to discuss stocking Dr.SANTE. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other sites. Our hosting provider may keep short-lived technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site secure and working.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our email and website, or where the law requires it. Some of these providers may store information outside New Zealand; where they do, we take reasonable steps to make sure it is protected in a way comparable to the Privacy Act 2020.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to reply and to keep a record of our dealings with you, and then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. Write to hello@sante.co.nz and we will reply in writing. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
